Mission and Vision

If a global, no non-sense, movement-based approach to your health is your jam, holla!

Movement is key. Many people have said it, and I agree with that statement.

We all have a body and every body can move well.

My mission is to provide education to everyone on how their body can move, guide you to move well and coach you (and your body) on how to interact with your environment, through movement coaching, personalized programming and mobility/soft tissue work.

With over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve been working on my vision of making movement accessible for every body. I’ve learned from many teachers over the years (leaders in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation specialists, soft tissue and body workers, chiropractors, physical therapists, Pilates and movement coaches, etc.) and they each provide a unique perspective on movement and the body. This adds to the wealth of knowledge I can provide, curating and personalizing treatments and exercises that best suits you right now.

My never ending thirst for knowledge led me to pursue more formal education, having recently graduated from the acupuncture program at Collège Rosemont in Montréal, QC.

My current practice aims to integrate all of my acquired knowledge to best help and accompany you on your journey, whatever the goals are, with the most global lens as possible.
